The platform has been designed to protect every stage of the process – from file upload, through signing, to long-term archiving.
What does a secure document signing workflow look like?
- You upload the document(s) (up to 5 in a single process).
- You specify the signatories and the order in which they are to sign.
- A qualified digital signature secures the document.
- The files being signed are stamped with a qualified timestamp.
- The document is placed in the folder containing the full set of supporting documents.
Safety measures ready for any inspection
- A qualified electronic signature has legal validity because it is governed by eIDAS (910/2014) – which applies throughout the EU – and the Civil Code (Article 78¹ §2), which treats it as equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Frequently Asked Questions
Access to documents is restricted to active users of doPodpisu.pl and those involved in the signing process. On the EuroCert side, only the security administrator has full access to the system; their permissions are defined by the internal security policy.
The company encrypts the hard drives on employees’ computers, which protects data from unauthorised access. In addition, there are plans to implement data pseudonymisation in IT systems, which will further enhance the level of protection. Regular checks are also carried out on communication channels to minimise the risk of data being accessed via outdated or insecure connections.
